Log in to your ONTIME account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

Pack the Items

Carefully place the unworn items, including all original tags, warranty cards, and protective films, back into the original brand packaging and shipping box.

Handover to Courier

Our authorized courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time from your registered address in KSA.

Verification and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
